ARAF FASHION এ আমরা চাই আপনি নিশ্চিন্তে পণ্য কিনুন। তবে যদি আপনি ভুল, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা অসম্পূর্ণ পণ্য পান, তাহলে আমরা সহজ ও স্বচ্ছ রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড পলিসি অনুসরণ করি।

ফেরত দেওয়ার শর্ত:

            •          পণ্যটি অব্যবহৃত, অক্ষত এবং মূল প্যাকেজিং-সহ হতে হবে।

            •          চালান, ট্যাগ, গিফট আইটেম, ম্যানুয়াল সহ সকল উপকরণ দিতে হবে।

            •          শুধুমাত্র ডেলিভারির সময়, ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে রিটার্ন নেওয়া হবে।

            •          ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে যাওয়ার পর কোন অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

রিফান্ড পাওয়ার যোগ্যতা:

            •          বৈধ কারণ থাকলে (যেমন পণ্য ভাঙা, ভুল পণ্য), আমরা:

            •          পণ্যটি পরিবর্তন করে দেব (স্টক থাকলে)

            •          অথবা অগ্রিম প্রদান করা অর্থ ফেরত দিব।

রিফান্ড কিভাবে দেওয়া হয়:

            •          মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং (বিকাশ/নগদ/উপায়)

            •          কার্ড/ওয়ালেট (অনলাইন পেমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে)

            •          নগদ (শুধুমাত্র আউটলেট থেকে ক্রয়ের ক্ষেত্রে)

রিফান্ড সময়সীমা:

            •          রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া হতে পারে ৫-৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে।

            •          অফার মূল্যে কেনা পণ্যের রিফান্ড সেই মূল্যে হিসাব করা হবে।

            •          আংশিক রিটার্ন হলে, রিফান্ড অনুপাতে এডজাস্ট করা হবে।

অনুগ্রহ করে রিটার্ন প্যাকেজে অর্ডার নম্বর ও ট্র্যাকিং নম্বর যুক্ত করুন এবং রিটার্ন রসিদ সংরক্ষণ করুন।

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At ARAF FASHION, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. However, if your product is incorrect, damaged, defective, or incomplete, we offer an easy and transparent return and refund process.

Return Conditions:

            •          Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

            •          All original materials (invoice, tags, gift items, manuals) must be included.

            •          Returns are accepted only at the time of delivery, in front of the delivery agent.

            •          Once the delivery agent leaves, no complaints will be accepted.

Refund Eligibility:

            •          If a product is refused during delivery due to valid reasons (e.g., damage, wrong item), we will:

            •          Replace the product (if stock available)

            •          Or issue a full refund (if advance payment was made)

            •          Refunds will be made via:

            •          Mobile Banking (e.g., bKash/Nagad/Upay)

            •          Card/Wallet (for online payments)

            •          Cash (only for direct outlet purchases)

Refund Timeline:

            •          Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.

            •          If purchased under an offer, the refund will be based on the discounted price.

            •          If return is partial, refund will be adjusted proportionately.

Note: Clearly mention Order ID and tracking reference during return. Keep acknowledgment slip as proof
